1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AU Citizenship Test, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian), you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.
2. The Service
AU Citizenship Test provides educational content to help users prepare for the Australian Citizenship Test. Our service includes study stories, practice questions, quizzes, and multilingual reading modes. We do not guarantee that use of our service will result in passing the official citizenship test. The official test is administered by the Australian Department of Home Affairs, and we are not affiliated with that department.
3. Payment and Access
Chapter 1 of our study content is available free of charge with no expiry. Full access to all four chapters is available for a one-time payment of AUD $1.99, which provides 30 days of access from the date of purchase. This is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription. No refunds are provided once access has been granted. Pricing is shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to GST where applicable.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on AU Citizenship Test — including study stories, questions, explanations, illustrations, and software — is the property of AU Citizenship Test and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. The official citizenship test content is derived from the Australian Government's public domain resource, Australian Citizenship: Our Common Bond.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to access restricted areas of our service, reverse-engineer our software, or use automated tools to scrape or copy our content. You must not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
AU Citizenship Test is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that our content is completely accurate or up to date. While we strive to keep content current with the official test requirements, the Australian Government may update its test questions at any time. 7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AU Citizenship Test shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data, failure to pass the citizenship test, or interruption of service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to AU Citizenship Test at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
